The print media does not meet printer specifications q or is stored incorrectly. q q Print a few more pages to see if the problem corrects itself. Turn over the stack of media in the tray. Also try rotating the media 180 degrees. If the print media does not meet HP specifications, replace the media and advise the customer to use the recommended print media and to store it correctly. The toner supply is low q Temporarily extend the print cartridge life by redistributing the toner. q If this does not improve the print quality, install a new print cartridge. Print a few more pages to see if the problem
corrects itself.
Turn over the stack of media in the tray. Also try
rotating the media 180 degrees.
If the print media does not meet HP
specifications, replace the media and advise the
customer to use the recommended print media
and to store it correctly.
