Media input options The printer comes with up to three paper trays. The printer automatically selects the requested media from the correct tray if that media is loaded in any of the trays. If the media is not available, a message on the control panel prompts you to select the media or tray that you want instead. Tray 1 Tray 2 (250-sheet tray) Tray 3 (500-sheet tray, if installed) Tray 1 media sizes Tray 1, a multipurpose tray, adjusts for sizes from 76 by 127 mm (3 by 5 inches) to a legal-size sheet, 216 by 356 mm (8.5 by 14 inches).
