The backup battery cover is designed to be easily opened and closed with the tip of the stylus. Just insert the tip in the small hole to quickly pivot the cover open or closed. Be sure to close the backup battery cover before closing the CompactFlash door in order to avoid damaging these components. Make sure that the backup battery cover is open and
insert the replacement battery

into the
battery compartment.

Close the backup battery cover to secure the battery,
then close the CompactFlash door.
The backup battery cover is designed to be easily opened and
