Change the printer driver to match the paper type and size NOTE: If you change the page settings in the software program, those settings override any settings in the printer driver. 1. On the File menu in the software program, click Print. 2. Select the product, and then click the Properties or Preferences button. 3. Click the Paper/Quality tab. 4. Select a size from the Paper size drop-down list. 5. Select a paper type from the Paper type drop-down list. 6. Click the OK button. Supported paper sizes NOTE: To obtain best print results, select the appropriate paper size and type in the printer driver before printing. The printer driver only supports certain media sizes for automatic duplexing. Use the manual duplexing procedure for media sizes not available in the printer driver.
