USB board To remove the USB board, use this procedure and illustration. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 37). 2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 37). Remove the USB board: 1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the USB board (1). 2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.5 screw (2) that secures the board to the computer. 3. Remove the tape from the right side of the board (3). 4. Remove the board (4). To install the USB board, reverse this procedure.
