Replacement thermal material is included with the heat sink and system board spare part kits. The following illustration shows the replacement thermal material locations. Be sure that gray thermal paste (1), white thermal paste (2), and thermal pads (3) and (4) (select products only) are installed on the heat sink on shown in the following illustration.
