NOTE: If the cleaner roll has not been properly installed, you may see a message about clearing a printhead cleaning roll jam. Open the door, wind a little of the roll forward, then close the door. The printer will check the roll again. You will need to click Reinitialize to clear status errors. 13. Restore the pinch mechanism by moving the black knob back into place. If you feel resistance because the cleaning roll is too tight, turn the roll slightly counter-clockwise. TIP: There is a blue ring on the far side of the black knob, which should not be visible if the knob has been correctly placed. If it is visible, try again. 14. Empty the waste bottle. 15.
