Chassis Fan

Chassis Fan 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for Disassembly on page 107). 2. Remove the access panel (Computer Access Panel on page 113). 3. Remove the front bezel (Front Bezel on page 114). 4. Remove the fan shroud (Fan Shroud on page 145). 5. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board. 6. Remove the two screws that secure the fan to the chassis (1), slide the fan to the right, tilt the fan so it clears the top of the chassis (2), and then lift the fan out of the chassis (3).
