Hard Drive Cage 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for Disassembly on page 159). 2. Remove the computer access panel (Computer Access Panel on page 163). 3. Remove the optical drive (Removing the Optical Drive on page 170). 4. Remove the hard drive (Hard Drive on page 174). 5. Remove the optical disk drive connector (Optical Drive Connector on page 173). 6. Remove the screw that secures the cage to the chassis (1), lift the tab on the hard drive cage (2), pull the cage toward the rear of the chassis (3), and then lift the cage out of the chassis (4).
