Ensure the corners of the forms are not jamming in the diamond-shaped hole, or catching on the adhesive of the mask. To inspect both sides of the mask, remove the printhead and open the gap. To replace the printhead mask, remove the support shaft and platen to gain access to the front of the carriage. 9. Inspect for wear or damage the plastic shields that cover the platen. Chapter 5.
