Server Utilities 4. Loosen the screws securing the rubber foot to the chassis and then remove the rubber foot from chassis. Figure 71. Removing the Chassis Feet 5. Repeat above steps until all four feet are removed. Installing the Chassis Feet 1. Observe the safety and ESD precautions at the beginning of this manual. 2. Power down the server and unplug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable. 3. Lay the chassis down on its right side. 4. Insert rubber foot into chassis hole (see letter A). 5. Secure foot by inserting screw through the rubber foot (see letter B). 6. Repeat above steps until all four feet are installed. Figure 72. Installing the Chassis Feet 7. Keep the chassis upright. 8. Repeat above steps until all four feet are removed.
Installing the Chassis Feet
1.
Observe the safety and ESD precautions at the beginning of this manual.
2.
Power down the server and unplug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable.
3.
Lay the chassis down on its right side.
4.
Insert rubber foot into chassis hole (see letter
A
).
5.
Secure foot by inserting screw through the rubber foot (see letter
B
).
6.
Repeat above steps until all four feet are installed.

7.
Keep the chassis upright.
8.
Reconnect all peripheral devices and the AC power cable to the server. Power up the server.
