POSSIBLE CAUSES 23. • The Picture Wipe or Dissolve functions are in use. • The Squeeze mode is selected in the Mode Menu. • A Fade-In or Fade-Out is in progress (White Fader, Black Fader or Black & White Fader). • Dissolve during 5-second mode recording is in use. 24. • When shooting in the dark, the unit becomes highly sensitive to light and the image takes on an effect similar to Slow Shutter. 25. • The Picture Wipe or Dissolve function is in use. • Dissolve during 5-second mode recording is in use. 26. • The Sepia or Monotone mode is activated. 27. • This is a result of exceedingly high contrast, and is not a malfunction. 28. • This is not a malfunction. 29. • "DISPLAY" is set to "OFF" in the Date/Time Menu. • Self-Recording is performed. 30. • Images stored in the MultiMediaCard are protected. 31. • "ON SCREEN" is set to "OFF" in the Date/Time Menu. • You have made the indicators disappear.
