Phone Setup Options Auto Keyguard Allows you to set the keyguard. Keyguard setting applies to slide closed position only. 1. Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > Keyguard. (An information window is displayed.) 2. Read the information and press CONTINUE (left softkey). 3. Press ON or OFF (left softkey). Call Answer Mode Select how to answer incoming calls on your phone: whether you want to be required to press , to press any number key, or simply slide the phone open. 1. Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > More... > Call Setup > Call Answer. 2. Highlight an option and press . Ⅲ Slide Up to answer a call just by sliding the phone open. Ⅲ Any Key to allow you to press any key on the dialpad to answer a call. Ⅲ TALKOnly to require you to press calls. to answer all Auto-Answer Mode Set your phone to automatically pick up incoming calls when connected to an optional hands-free car kit. 1. Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > More... > Call Setup > Auto-Answer. 2. Highlight an option and press . Ⅲ Off to disable Auto-Answer. Ⅲ Headset to answer calls automatically when the phone is connected to a headset (sold separately). Remember, your phone will answer calls in Auto-Answer mode even if you are not present. Phone Setup Options
Auto Keyguard
Allows you to set the keyguard. Keyguard setting applies
to slide closed position only.

Press
> Settings/Tools > Settings > Keyguard

Call Answer Mode
Select how to answer incoming calls on your phone:
