Power supply Your storage product comes with one or two power supplies. When two power supplies are both installed, they provide redundant and hot-swap features. Depending on the storage product model, the power supplies for your storage product can be any of the following types: • 450-watt, 90-264 V ac, universal input and compliant with 80 PLUS Gold • 550-watt, 90-264 V ac, universal input and compliant with 80 PLUS Platinum • 750-watt, 90-264 V ac, universal input and compliant with 80 PLUS Platinum • 750-watt, 180-264 V ac, universal input and compliant with 80 PLUS Titanium System fans Your storage product supports up to six system fans. This design helps you avoid significant cooling problems when a system fan fails. Internal drives Internal drives are devices that your storage product uses to read and store data. The internal drives supported by your storage product vary by model. • Internal storage drive Your storage product supports up to four 3.5-inch hot-swap Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) hard disk drives, Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) hard disk drives (SCSI is the acronym for Small Computer System Interface), or solid-state drives. Note: You can install a 2.5-inch solid-state drive into a 3.5-inch-drive bay.
