Preparation 1 Charge the Battery Understanding CHARGE Lamp Status Blinks On Flickers Description Battery charging. Battery fully charged. • The battery is not inserted correctly. Remove the battery and reinsert it into the battery charger so that the battery is lying flat. • The ambient temperature is not suited to charging. Charge the battery indoors with an ambient temperature of 5°C to 35°C (41°F to 95°F) before use. • The battery is faulty. Stop charging immediately, unplug the charger, and take both the battery and charger to your retailer or Nikon-authorized service representative.
