Options Available in the Smart Portrait Menu In smart portrait mode, the following option settings can be changed. Smart portrait Image mode Skin softening Smile timer Blink proof Display the shooting screen in smart portrait mode M d button M F tab (A11) Option Image mode Skin softening Smile timer Blink proof Description A Allow you to select the combination of image size and image quality used when saving images (A61). The default setting is P 4608×3456. This setting is also applied to other 61 shooting modes. Enable skin softening. The camera makes facial skin tones softer before saving images. The extent of effect applied can E32 be selected. The default setting is Normal. When set to On (default setting), the camera detects human faces and then automatically releases the shutter whenever a E32 smile is detected. Self-timer cannot be used with this feature. When On is selected, the camera automatically releases the shutter twice each time a picture is taken. Of the two shots, one in which the subject's eyes are open is saved. The flash cannot be used when On is selected. The default setting is Off. E33 50
