INBOX The Inbox menu is displayed when Messages View is set to By Time. If By Contact is set, you cannot see the Inbox menu. The Inbox manages received text, picture, voice, video and web alert messages. 1. Slide the phone up, press the Left Soft Key [Message], then press 2. Inbox. Or slide the phone up, press the Key [MENU], then press 2. Messaging, 2. Inbox. 2. Select a message and press the Key [OPEN] to view the message. To delete the message, press the Left Soft Key [Erase], select Yes, then press the Key. 3. Press the Directional Key left or right to view the previous or next message. 4. To reply to the sender, press the Key [REPLY], select 1. TXT Message, 2. Picture Message, 3. Video Message or 4. Voice Message, then press the Key. 5. When navigating through the Inbox menu, press the Right Soft Key [Options] to display the following available options. Options are dependent on the message type and may be different from each field. • Reply: Allows you to reply to the recipient. • Reply w. copy: Allows you to reply to the recipient including the original message. • Forward: Forwards the message to another recipient. • Add To Contacts: Saves the phone number to the Contact List. • Extract Addresses: Allows you to extract contacts from the message, then you can save them to the Contact List, make a call or send the message. • Message Info: Shows the message information. • Manage Inbox: Allows you to manage messages with following options: - Erase: Deletes the message. - Lock: Locks the messages. - Unlock: Unlocks the messages. - Mark as Read: Marks the messages as read. - Mark as Unread: Marks the messages as unread. • Sort By Sender: Sorts the list by sender. 124 • Sort By Time: Sorts the list by time. • Sort By Size: Sorts the list by size. • View By Contacts: Changes the Inbox View setting to Contacts. • Lock: Locks the message. 01 SENT 02 The Sent menu is displayed when Messages View is set to By Time. If By Contact is set, you cannot see the Sent menu. Sent manages already sent or 03 waiting to be sent messages. 04 1. Slide the phone up, press the Left Soft Key [Message], then press 3. Sent. Or slide the phone up, press the Key [MENU], then press 05 2. Messaging, 3. Sent. 06 2. Select a message and press the Key [OPEN] to view the message. To delete the message, press the Left Soft Key [Erase], select Yes, then press the 07 Key. 3. Press the Directional Key left or right to view the previous or next message. 4. To send the message, press the Key [SEND]. 5. When navigating through the Sent menu, press the Right Soft Key [Options] to display the following available options.
