Network Scanner Network Scanner By installing the printer/scanner option, the machine can be used as a network scanner. As a network scanner, the machine can send e-mail, send files to shared network 1 folders, FTP server folders, or NetWare folders, store scan files, operate as a net- work delivery scanner, and operate as a network TWAIN scanner. E-mail A scan file that is attached to an e-mail can be sent using the e-mail system through a LAN or the Internet. Also, you can use this function together with the file storage function to e-mail URL addresses of files stored in the machine instead of sending the files as e-mail attachments.
