Speed Dial Editing The following procedure describes how to edit programmed Speed Dial numbers. A Press the {User Tools} key. B Enter the code for "Fax Features" with the number keys. Note ❒ If you make a mistake, press the {Clear} key and enter again. Checking Programmed Speed Dial A Press [Status]. B Enter the code for the Speed Dial you want to change using the number keys. 3 C Enter the code for "Program/De- lete" with the number keys. Note ❒ If the Speed Dial code is not displayed, press [↑Prev.] or [↓Next] to find it. F When you want to change the fax number, press the {Clear} key or the {Stop} key and enter again. D Enter the code for "Prog. Speed Dial" with the number keys. Note ❒ If it is not displayed, press [↑Prev.] or [↓Next]. E Enter the code for the Speed Dial you want to change using the number keys. Note ❒ If you make a mistake, press the {Clear} key or the {Stop} key and try again. The {Clear} key deletes one character at a time, and the {Stop} key deletes the whole line. ❒ When you want to change or insert a number in the middle of numbers, press 0 or 1 to move the cursor and enter the new number with the number keys. 81
