Tip: Each entry has capability of storing 7 phone numbers, 1 e-mail address and 1 web address. Internal Phone Book Entry Options When you display an Internal Phone Book entry, the following options are displayed. To select an option, highlight it and press . ᮣ Add Phone# to add a phone number to the entry. (See "Adding a Phone Number or Address to an Internal Phone Book Entry" on page 80.) ᮣ Add E-mail Addr to add an e-mail address to the entry. (See "Adding a Phone Number or Address to an Internal Phone Book Entry" on page 80.) ᮣ Add Web Address to add a web address to the entry. (See "Adding a Phone Number or Address to an Internal Phone Book Entry" on page 80.) ᮣ Edit to edit the entry.(See "Editing an Internal Phone Book Entry" on page 82.) ᮣ Erase Entry to erase the entry. ᮣ Next to display the next entry. ᮣ Previous to display the previous entry. Adding a Phone Number or Address to an Internal Phone Book Entry 1. Select the entry you wish to add phone numbers/ e-mail/web addresses to, and press . (See "Finding Internal Phone Book Entries" on page 79 for finding an existing entry.) 2. Highlight Add Phone #, Add E-mail Addr or Add Web Address and press . 3. Enter the number or address, highlight NextStep, and press . 4. Select the appropriate label for the phone number entry. E-mail and Web Address are labeled automatically. Section 10 80 Using Your Internal Phone Book Adding a Call Alarm From the Internal Phone Book A call alarm reminds you when you need to make an important phone call. (See "Call Alarm Alerts" on page 81.) To add a call alarm from the Internal Phone Book: 1. Press of the Navigation Key. 2. Highlight your desired name and press . 3. Highlight your desired number and press . 4. Highlight Call Alarm and press . 5. Enter the time and date using your keypad. 6. You can also select the options. Highlight it and press . Options: ᮣ Save to save the entry. ᮣ AM/PM to select a(AM) or p(PM) in the time setting. ᮣ Edit Repeat to repeat the Call Alarm. Select None, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly. ᮣ Exit to return to the previous display. 7. Highlight Save, and press . Call Alarm Alerts There are several ways your Sprint PCS Phone alerts you of call alarms: ᮣ By sounding beeps. ᮣ By blinking the LED red. ᮣ By displaying the Internal Phone Book entry name or phone number, and the time and date of the alarm, etc. Press any key to stop blinking LED and sounding beeps. Adding a Call Alarm From the
Internal Phone Book
A call alarm reminds you when you need to make an
important phone call. (See “Call Alarm Alerts” on page 81.)
To add a call alarm from the Internal Phone Book:
1.
Press
of the Navigation Key.

Highlight your desired name and press

Highlight your desired number and press

and press

5.
Enter the time and date using your keypad.

You can also select the options. Highlight it and press
