Tip: After selecting the entry, you can scroll through the other name entries by using of the Navigation key. Finding and Retrieving Numbers There are several ways to access numbers in your Internal Phone Book. Follow the steps outlined in the sections below. Make sure your phone is in Standby mode. Reviewing All Memory Locations You can review all the numbers stored in your Internal Phone Book by name, phone number, e-mail and web address. Follow these simple steps: 1. From the Standby mode, press to display the main menu. 2. Highlight Phone Book , andpress . 3. Highlight Find Name , andpress . ᮣ Press of the Navigation key for the shortcut (steps 1 through 3). 4. Use your Navigation key to scroll through the Phone Book list and select one of the appropriate entries. 5. Highlight your desired memory location by scrolling. 6. Press for the menu options, then highlight your desired feature and press . Finding a Number Using a Person's Name To find a number by using a person's name: 1. Press oftheNavigationkey. 2. Enter the first letter of the name or part of a name using the multi-tap method. 3.
