7. Appendix 7-8-2. Switching the operating mode There are two menu modes available. The menu items that can be used differ depending on the mode. When you click "Change mode " on the menu bar, you can switch the mode. Dedicated passcodes need to be entered in order to switch to Service mode. Mode User mode Service mode Menu for installation. (initial setting) Menu for the service personnel. Description 1. Click the "Change mode " button on the menu bar. The "Control Mode" screen appears. 2. Click the button of the mode to change. 3. Input the passcode and click "OK" button. When changing to the User mode, you do not need to input the passcode is not needed. 7-8-2. Switching the operating mode
There are two menu modes available. The menu items that can be used differ depending on the mode.
When you click “Change mode ” on the menu bar, you can switch the mode. Dedicated passcodes need to be entered
in order to switch to Service mode.
Mode
Description
User mode
Menu for installation. (initial setting)
Service mode
Menu for the service personnel.
1. Click the “Change mode ” button on the menu bar.
The “Control Mode” screen appears.
2. Click the button of the mode to change.
3. Input the passcode and click “OK” button.
When changing to the User mode, you do not need to input the passcode is not needed.
NOTE:
• When you enter the password, pay enough attention to people around for the password abuse prevention.
If you have anxiety the password is cheated, change the password immediately.
Before entering the password, inspect the password entry device (PC) for any evidence of physical tampering. In the event that
any suspicious markings are present, “DO NOT” enter the password and consult with the distributor.
Always store the password and projector in a safe place and never divulge the password to unauthorized entities.
