Select File Displays category list, folder list, and then file list, allowing you to choose a file. 28 Erase Files Erase a File Erases a file. 54 Before attempting to erase a file, select the file to be erased, and then go to the menu window. YES: The file will be erased. NO: The file will not be erased. Erase All Files Erases all the files in a folder. 56 Before attempting to erase files, select the folder from which all files are to be erased, and then go to the menu window. YES: All the files in a folder will be erased. NO: All the files in a folder will not be erased. Edit Edit Files Protect Protects a file to prevent the file from 67 being erased, divided, or being moved. ON: The file will be protected. OFF*: File protection is not executed. The file can be erased, edited, or moved. Divide at Current Position Divides a file into two. 63 YES: The file will be divided into two. NO: File division is not executed. Divide All Track Marks Divides a file at all the track mark 64 positions. YES: The file will be divided at all the track mark positions. NO: Division at all track marks is not executed. Move File Moves the selected file to the selected 57 folder. Before attempting to move a file, select the file to be moved, and then go to the menu window. Continued 

Erase a File
Erases a file.
Before attempting to erase a file, select the file to be erased, and then
go to the menu window.
YES: The file will be erased.
NO: The file will not be erased.

Erases all the files in a folder.
Before attempting to erase files, select the folder from which all files
are to be erased, and then go to the menu window.
YES: All the files in a folder will be erased.
NO: All the files in a folder will not be erased.

Edit Files
Protect
Protects a file to prevent the file from
being erased, divided, or being moved.
ON:
The file will be protected.
OFF
