4903RA182 TG 4903RA183 TG 11.3 Oil Pump - Troubleshooting, b 3.3 - Remove the brake band, b 5.2 - Remove the clutch, b 4 Installing 1 1 4903RA180 TG : Pull off the oil suction hose (1). 2 : Fit the oil pump (1) over the 1 crankshaft stub (2). 4903RA178 TG : Remove the washer (1). 1 1 : Take out the screws (1). 1 1 4903RA181 TG 1 : Push the connector (1) onto the nipple (arrow). 2 4903RA179 TG 2 : Pull the worm (1) with drive spring (2) out of the oil pump. 4903RA177 TG : Pull the oil pump (1) off the nipple (2) and then lift it off over the crankshaft stub. 1 2 219RA470 TG : The spring (1) and worm (2) form a single unit and must be replaced if damaged. 66 MS 311, MS 391

Remove the washer (1).

Pull the worm (1) with drive
spring (2) out of the oil pump.

The spring (1) and worm (2) form
a single unit and must be
replaced if damaged.

Pull off the oil suction hose (1).

Take out the screws (1).

Pull the oil pump (1) off the
nipple (2) and then lift it off over
the crankshaft stub.

Installing
:
Fit the oil pump (1) over the
crankshaft stub (2).
:
Push the connector (1) onto the
nipple (arrow).
