Installing 12.11.3 Fuel Suction Hose 1 2 1 0001RA417 TG 4903RA242 TG 4903RA246 TG 1 : Push the fuel hose (1) onto the connector (2) as far as stop. Note position of the hose - the flats (arrows) must be in alignment. 1 - Remove the pickup body, b 12.11.1 - Remove the tank housing, b 12.11.4 : Pull the fuel suction hose (1) out of the fuel tank. : Line up the fuel suction hose (1) and push it into the housing bore as far as stop - the flange must engage the guide (arrow). - Use STIHL press fluid to simplify assembly, b 14 - Install the tank housing, b 12.11.4 Installing 1 4903RA240 TG 1 0001RA419 TG : Push the fuel hose (1) through the opening (arrow) in the engine housing. 1 : Push the fuel hose (1) through the bore (arrow) in the fuel tank. 4903RA245 TG : Use hook 5910 893 8800 to remove the fuel suction hose (1) from the fuel tank. Do not overstretch the fuel suction hose. - Fit the pickup body, b 12.11.1 - Close the tank cap. 4903RA241 TG 2 : Push the fuel hose (1) with connector into the fuel suction hose (2). - Reassemble all other parts in the reverse sequence. 86 MS 311, MS 391
