Removing SIMMs
SIMM modules can be removed after opening the
clamps at both ends of the connector slot.

Installing Options
After this step the lugs on the slot should
appear in the holes in the ends of the SIMM
module.

Replace the SIMM cover and attach with the six screws.
Install the backup batteries, set the PSR-8000 right-side
up, and connect the power cord to the rear-panel AC
INLET jack and an AC outlet.
