Q u i c k G u i d e Play a variety of different instrument sounds ● Raising or lowering the pitch of the sound (Transpose) This function lets you change the overall pitch of the instrument in half steps over a range of one octave, up or down. For details, see page 24. ● Finely adjusting the tuning of the sound (Tuning) This lets you make fine adjustments to the overall pitch of the instrument over a range of -100 to +100 cents. Adjust this from the Tuning page in the Function display. ● Enhancing the sound with various effects (Harmony, Reverb, Chorus) You can apply a variety of effects to the sound, such as the Harmony effect which automatically adds instrument harmonies, the Reverb effect which reproduces the ambience of performance environments, and the Chorus effect which can make one voice sound like several played together. (See pages 44, 45.) The Harmony icon lights. ● Expressively changing the volume with your playing strength (Touch Response) Press the [TOUCH] button to turn on the Touch Response function. This function lets you change the overall pitch of the
