Introduction Thank you for purchasing the Yamaha Sound Sketcher SH-01. The SH-01 utilizes SmartMediaTM memory cards to allow quick and easy recording and playback of audio without the inconvenience of having to select the sound input source (built-in mic, external mic, instrument, CD player, MD player, etc.). To give you greater creative control over the sound you want to create, the SH-01 features mix recording that lets you overdub additional parts, DSP effects, a built-in tuner, repeat playback function, and more. The SH-01 is also equipped with an USB port, which lets you connect the device to a computer. To get the fullest in both use and life out of your SH-01 we urge you to read this Owner's Manual carefully. After reading the manual, please keep it in a safe place for future reference.
