Troubleshooting 8041 Enclosure voltage over Event Type Error. Cause Applies only to the 9690SA controller. The enclosure power supply voltage is higher than the normal range. Action This error is rare. If you see it you may need a UPS or voltage regulator to stay within the recommended voltage range. 8042 Enclosure voltage under Event Type Error. Cause Applies only to the 9690SA controller. The enclosure power supply voltage is lower than the normal range. This can be due to a failing power supply or an unreliable power source. Action If due to a failing power supply, replace it as soon as possible. It is recommended to use an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to protect against power failures. 8043 Enclosure voltage unknown Event Type Warning. Cause Applies only to the 9690SA controller.
