Possible values are: I Build (the default)-Build/verify the array. I Clear-Clear the array. I Quick Init - Make the array available immediately Overall, the Build method takes longer than Clear, but it enables you to begin using the array immediately. Although faster, Clear must complete before you can begin using the array. Quick Init makes the array available immediately, but for RAID 5 write performance is impacted until a Verify with Fix is run on the array. Note: The Method property applies only to redundant arrays (RAID 1, 5, and 10).
