11 Brush replacement Val 0 1. Be sure to turn off the power switch. 2. Disconnect the motor plug. 3. Remove the clamp screws 0. 4. Remove the brushes 0. 5. After checking the reference line of the brush a mount the usable brush 0 so that the reference line points toward the treadle unit. Replace the brushes if used up to the reference a line with new ones. 6. Tighten the clamp screws 0 to a torque of 10 - 15kg-cm. 7. Connect the motor plug. Checking AC low voltage output te a; rAi•• lac•••• * The AC low voltage output cord 0 is provided at the rear of the control box.
