Chapter 1 Sleep Time 1 The Sleep mode Setting can reduce power consumption. When the machine is in Sleep mode (Power Save mode) it acts as though it were turned off. The machine will wake up and start printing when it receives a print job. You can choose how long the machine must be idle before it goes into Sleep mode. When the machine receives a fax or a print job, the timer will be reset. The default setting is 3 minutes.
