USEFUL SKILLS Sewing corners 6 Stop the sewing machine with the needle in the fabric at the corner, then raise the presser foot and turn the fabric. When sewing seams which are less than 5.0 mm (13/64" in width), baste the corner, then continue sewing while slowly changing the 6 sewing direction and pulling the basting thread toward the rear of the machine. Sewing folded parts
