Out of Ship Mode When the computer is shipped from the factory, the battery pack in the battery bay is in ship mode. You must take the battery pack out of ship mode before the battery pack can be charged and used. An external power source can be the AC Adapter, the Automobile Adapter option, the ArmadaStation, or the Armada MiniStation.
