Memory Compartment Security Screws Two tamper-resistant screws are supplied with the computer to provide security for the original system memory board and/or optional memory expansion board(s). To install the memory compartment security screws: 1. Shut down the computer and turn it upside down. 2. Use a Torx T-8 screwdriver to remove the two factory- installed screws from the memory compartment cover. 3. Use the screwdriver supplied with the computer to insert the two tamper-resistant screws. Memory Compartment Security Screws
Two tamper-resistant screws are supplied with the computer to
provide security for the original system memory board and/or
optional memory expansion board(s).
To install the memory compartment security screws:
1. Shut down the computer and turn it upside down.
2. Use a Torx T-8 screwdriver to remove the two factory-
installed screws from the memory compartment cover.
3. Use the screwdriver supplied with the computer to insert the
two tamper-resistant screws.
