Configuring an Array 3. Restart the system to apply the changes. NOTE: Raw logical drives are invisible to the operating system. To make the new logical drives available for data storage, format the logical drive using the instructions given in your operating system documentation. The menu options for that item are shown in the panel on the right-hand side of the screen. Table 7-4 lists the menu options for each item in the Logical Configuration View panel.
