Availability of support and service Around the world, HP provides a variety of service and support options for purchase. Availability of these programs will vary depending upon your location. HP maintenance agreements HP has several types of maintenance agreements that meet a wide range of support needs. Maintenance agreements are not part of the standard warranty. Support services vary by area. Contact HP Customer Care to determine the services available to you and for more information about maintenance agreements. In general, the printer will have the following maintenance agreements: On-site service agreements To provide you with the level of support best suited to your needs, HP has on-site service agreements with three response times: Priority On-Site Service This agreement provides 4-hour service response to your site for calls made during normal HP business hours. Next-Day On-Site Service This agreement provides support by the next working day following a service request. Extended coverage hours and extended travel beyond HP's designated service zones are available on most on-site agreements (for additional charges). Weekly (Volume) On-Site Service This agreement provides scheduled weekly on-site visits for organizations that use many HP products.
