15.2 Cannot configure the settings/Cannot print according to the settings 15 Problem Cannot punch. The punch position is not as expected. Combination fails; pages are not combined, but are printed separately. The overlay is not printed properly. Garbled characters are detected when printing. Images are not printed properly. Paper is not fed from the specified paper source. The user authentication or account track setting field is grayed out and cannot be specified. Possible Cause Printed pages may be fed out without being punched if the paper is loaded into the paper source with an incorrect orientation. The orientation setting is not correct. Remedy If you try to install a printer driver in Windows Vista/Server 2008 by use of the Web service print function, it is recognized as installed before the actual installation is completed.
