Bluetooth ࡗ Turning Bluetooth On and Off (page 79) ࡗ Using the Bluetooth Settings Menu (page 80) ࡗ Pairing Bluetooth Devices (page 81) ࡗ Sending Items Using Bluetooth (page 81) About Bluetooth Bluetooth® is a short-range communications technology that allows you to connect wirelessly to other Bluetooth devices, such as headsets and hands-free car kits, and Bluetooth-enabled handhelds, computers, printers, and wireless phones. The Bluetooth® communication range is usually up to approximately 30 feet. Turning Bluetooth On and Off By default, your device's Bluetooth® feature is turned off. Please note that also by default, your phone is "Hidden" to other in-range Bluetooth® devices when Bluetooth® is set to "On". To turn Bluetooth on: 1. Press > Settings/Tools >Tools > Bluetooth > More... > Settings > On/Off. (A confirmation will be displayed.) 2. Press ON (left softkey) and then to enable Bluetooth. To turn Bluetooth off: 1.
