Configuring the Auto Attendant Working with the Auto Attendant Greetings 7 Downloading Prompts You can download customized prompt files from a TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS server. These files must be encoded in G.711u, size less than 60 seconds, with the header removed. The total prompt file size cannot be larger than 94.5 seconds. The prompt is downloaded at the device boot up time. If the prompt has already been downloaded from the given URL, the download is not performed. If the prompt file name is none, the corresponding prompt currently saved in the flash is erased. The default value is blank. STEP 1 Connect to the administration web server, and choose Admin access with Advanced settings. STEP 2 Click Voice tab > SIP. STEP 3 Scroll down to the Auto Attendant Parameters section.
