Editing Images I D-Lighting: Enhancing Brightness and Contrast D-Lighting can be used to create copies with enhanced brightness and contrast, brightening dark portions of an image. Enhanced copies are saved as separate files. 1 Select the desired image in full-frame playback mode (A 61) or thumbnail playback mode (A 62) and press the d button. The playback menu is displayed. 2 Use the multi selector to choose I DLighting and press the k button. The original version is displayed on the left and the edited version is displayed on the right. Playback menu D-Lighting Print order Slide show Protect Rotate image Small picture Copy 3 Choose OK and press the k button. A new image with enhanced brightness and contrast is created. To cancel, select Cancel and press the k button. Images created with D-Lighting can be identified by the c icon displayed during playback.
