6. Syncing with Active Directory User Information ❼ Click [Apply] in the [Login name/Group name which synchronizes with Active Directory] window. Assigning a Job Account ID to an Active Directory user Active Directory users that are set with use restrictions or limit values must be assigned with a unique Job Account ID. There are two methods for assigning a Job Account ID to an Active Directory user that is set with use restrictions or limit values, which is done when the user is added to the Active Directory. These are the automatic method or the manual method. Automatically assigning a ❽ When the confirmation window appears Job Account ID 6 confirming whether or not to apply use restrictions to the printer, click [OK].
