Managing use restrictions Deleting all use restrictions All of the use restrictions set for the Login Name, Application Name, Document Name and Host Name can be deleted. ❶ Check that the printer power is ON. ❷ Start the server software. ❸ Click the [Policy] menu > [Delete All Policy]. ❻ When the administrator password window is displayed, enter the administrator password and click [OK]. 5 ❹ Select the printer that you want to delete all of the use restrictions from, and click [Add]. Printers that can have all use restrictions deleted are displayed in the [Selected Printer] list. To delete all use restrictions from all of the printers, click [Add All]. To exclude printers from having all use restrictions deleted, select the printer in the displayed [Selected Printer] list, and click [Delete]. ❺ Click [Apply]. - 97 -
