Valid Period
The valid period is displayed when limit
values are set. When the valid period is
exceeded, the limit value count is reset.
Do not specify
The valid period is not set. When the limit value
is exceeded, printing is cancelled unless the
limit value is increased, or the usage status is
manually reset.
By month
Set the valid period in month units. Set the
number of months and base date (10th, 20th,
end of month, deadline).
By week
Set the valid period in week units. Set the
number of weeks and base day.
By day
Set the valid period in day units. The number of
days is set.
Carry over unused value to the next valid
period
Check to carry over the amount that is not used
within the valid period to the next period.
Note!
• The limit value settings are enabled

value has been exceeded. Printing can
still be performed when the limit value

Note!
To check or reset the usage status

printer, first refer to "Immediately

acquire the log.
Start the server software.
Double-click [Printer] in the selection
window. The registered printer list is
displayed in the list view of the details
window.
Select the printer, and then select the
[Printer] menu > [Properties].
Memo
Multiple printers can be selected.
In the [User] tab, click [Register].
Select the Name or Group Name that you
want to check from the [List of registered
IDs], and click [Change].
