Before Setup Print Job Accounting Mechanisms When the user sends a print job, the job information is stored as a log on the printer's built-in hard disk or flash memory, and the Print Job Accounting server software obtains 1 the log. The information obtained by the server software is deleted from the printer. The log obtained in is saved to the SQL database. (Only Enterprise edition) User or group information registered in the Active Directory is referenced.
