The window and setting contents differ depending on the printer model. Operating Environment  W indows 8.1 / Windows 8.1 (64bit version)  Windows Server 2012 R2  Windows 8 / Windows 8 (64bit version)  Windows Server 2012  Windows 7 / Windows 7 (64bit version)  W indows Vista / Windows Vista (64bit version)  Windows Server 2008 R2  W indows Server 2008 / Windows Server 2008 (x64 version)  W indows Server 2003 / Windows Server 2003 (x64 version) Note! • The computer in which the server software is installed needs to remain switched on, or needs to be running at the time at which the log is set to be obtained from the printer. • Approximately 3MB of hard disk space is required to save 10,000 log entries on the computer. Installing the server software It is necessary to logon as a user with Note! PC administrator privileges. ❶ Launch the server software application. ❷ If the [User Account Control] dialog box appears, click [Yes] or [Continue]. ❸ Click [Next]. ❹ Read "Software License Agreement" and then click [Yes]. - 22 -
