Changing Job Account ID
and User Group settings
Check that the printer power is ON.
Start the server software.
Double-click [Printer] in the selection
window. The registered printer list is
displayed in the list view of the details
window.
Select the printer, and then select the
[Printer] menu > [Properties].
Memo
Multiple printers can be selected.
In the [User] tab, click [Register].
Select the Name or Group Name whose
settings you want to change from
the [List of registered IDs], and click
[Change].
Change the settings in the [Job Account
ID] (or [User Group] for groups), [User
Restrictions], and [Limit Value] tabs, and
click [OK].
