6. Syncing with Active Directory User Information Immediately updating user settings Updates can be performed immediately as well as those performed at the automatic update timing set in the [Set Up Refresh Service] window. ❶ Start the server software. ❷ Click [Policy] menu > [User Registration on Active Directory]. Selecting the users to apply settings to Click [Apply] in the [Login name/Group name which synchronizes with Active Directory] window and the users/groups to registered to the printer can be selected. ❶ Select the printer from the printer list in the [Login name/Group name which synchronizes with Active Directory] window. 6 ❸ Click [Setup]. ❷ Click [Select user]. ❹ Click [Refresh Now] in [Active Directory User/Group Settings]. - 143 -
