Adding unregistered item settings Use restrictions can be set for application names that are not registered on the printer. ❶ Check that the printer power is ON. ❷ Start the server software. ❸ Click the [Policy] menu > [Edit Policy]. ❹ Click the [Application] tab. ❺ Select the use restrictions that you want to use. 5. settings
Use restrictions can be set for application
names that are not registered on the
printer.
Check that the printer power is ON.
Start the server software.
Click the [Policy] menu > [Edit Policy].
Click the [Application] tab.
Select the use restrictions that you want
to use.
Enable Printing
Allows printing.
Print in Mono
When color printing is executed, printing is output
in monochrome.
Disable Color Printing
Cancels color printing. If there is color data part-
way through a print job, all printing from that
point onwards is cancelled.

Cancels printing.
Check the [Add Unregistered Item] check
box.
