CHAPTER 7. DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY 11. TOUCH PANEL ASSEMBLY (PN-T322B) 1 ) Remove the rear cover. 3Refer to page 7 - 3 "2. REAR COVER". 2 ) Remove the speaker unit. 3Refer to page 7 - 4 "3. SPEAKER UNIT". 3 ) Disconnect the connector of the USB cable in the PWB side. Remove three fixing tapes and one screw A (3 x 6, silver), and remove the control PWB. Remove four screws B (3 x 6, silver), and disengage the plate at two positions. Remove four screws C (4 x 10, black), and disengage the bezel at three positions. Turn over the display, and remove the front cabinet from the machine. 3Refer to page 7 - 5 "4. LED DRIVER PWB". Slide in the arrow direction of the engraved mark to remove. Bezel x 3 Fixing tape x 3 Control PWB Screw A Cable band The orientation of the ground terminals is as shown in the illustration. Plate Screw B x 4 Plate Screw C x 4 CAUTION n When removing the front cabinet, do not separate it from the machine excessively since the key PWB attached to the front cabinet is connected to the machine with the FFC. Otherwise the FFC may be broken. SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE n Screw A, B: 0.5 - 0.6N•m n Screw C: 0.7 - 0.9N•m 4 ) Remove the FFC from the key PWB. 3Refer to page 7 - 6 "5. INLET HARNESS/AC SWITCH". Remove the rear cover.

Remove the speaker unit.

Disconnect the connector of the USB cable in the PWB side.
Remove three fixing tapes and one screw

(3 x 6, silver), and remove the control PWB.
Remove four screws
B
(3 x 6, silver), and disengage the plate at two positions.
Remove four screws
C
(4 x 10, black), and disengage the bezel at three positions. Turn over the display, and remove the front cabinet from the
machine.

CAUTION
n
When removing the front cabinet, do not separate it from the machine excessively since the key PWB attached to the front cabinet is connected
to the machine with the FFC. Otherwise the FFC may be broken.
